Is there a reason why some people eat healthy foods while most will fail? The reason that many meals will fail at first would be a simple mistake. So, what simple mistake did millions of dieters make? The simple mistake they make is, 'they go on eating,' or, 'they start eating' and when they 'eat food' that's what they get, 'food.' What is food? Everyone who has ever eaten or eaten a lot knows what food is for them; this information has already been downloaded from their unconscious minds.

For many people eating is difficult, including deprivation, calorie counting and denial. If you eat 'food' you will get all that, and whatever other diet means to you, and that may be what you will get, because going on a diet is as stupid as taking a trip.

Imagine that you are driving your car, 'on the road,' and you have nowhere to go. Travel means travel, so, on this trip, you can drive around. You will need to refuel regularly and will probably sleep in the car. The journey would go on and you would decide where you were going. However, the idea that anyone is stupid enough to do that is so absurd that you cannot imagine any sane person taking a 'trip.'

Going, 'eating' out of a place to stay is just crazy, for the same reason going on a trip that has no place to go is crazy. When you get up to go somewhere, you have to have a place to go in mind, right? Even if it is the kitchen or toilet you go to, you have to direct your actions. That is why, just 'eating food' is a complete madness but that is what hundreds of thousands of smart people around the world do every day.

In their 'diet' they refuse cakes and snacks, count calories, cut out carbohydrates, increase exercise and then when food doesn't work they tell themselves they don't have the energy they need to succeed. What, though, if it was not the lack of determination but the lack of destination that caused the problem? Your unconscious mind will lead you astray in your focus, if your attention is 'eating,' it means 'eating'.

You will never lose weight by continuing to 'eat' but you may lose weight if you 'eat' to achieve your goal of the right size and weight and that is what successful retailers do.
