Tips For A Better-Looking, Longer Lasting Manicure

This article is not a step-by-step guide for a perfect manicure; instead it is a list of tips that will help your manicure look better

Following these tips will not only help your nails look more effective, we will also tell you how to make your polish dry faster and longer - and improve the health of your nails to get started

1. Remove All Old and Clean Nails Well

Nails and hands should be very clean and dry. Even if there is no old polish on it, it is recommended that you wipe it off immediately with a cotton ball inserted into the polish remover. It removes any oil from the nail, so the polish will stick better.

2. Before Applying Polish, Push Your Cuticles Back

Use an orange stick or cuticle to loosen your cuticles before applying your polish. It will allow you to apply the polish continuously under the nail bed, extending the life of your manicure.

Also, do not cut your cuticles or remove them in any other way; they act as a barrier, keeping germs away from the growing nail base.

3. Let Your Polish Dry Completely Between Coats

I know it can be annoying to wait for the nail polish to dry, but it is important to make your nails look good. Apply the polish in small layers, and give each one at least 10 minutes to dry. It lasts a long time but creates resistance to the chip, and avoids greasing or bumps that may occur if you try to apply the polish soon over the last coat.

4. Use Three Whips To Polish Your Navel

When you apply the polish, make one stroke straight up in the middle, and then hit one side to cover the entire nail.

5. Be Careful When Applying Polish Near Cuticles

Be sure to use a light coat so that it does not stick close to the cuticle. Otherwise you end up with a lump from the polish around the bottom edge of your gifts, and that doesn't look good. Take your time and adjust.

6. Help Your Polish To Dry Quickly

To speed up the drying of your polish, allow cold water from the tap to run over it. Or keep them in a bowl with frozen water (no real ice, or you can apply polish). Using a blow dryer in a cool place can speed up the process as well.

7. Keep Your Manicure Looking New For A Long Time By Wearing A Top Coat Every Day

After you have finished coloring, be sure to give it a clear homemade coat to protect it and add shine. Then, every day after that, apply another layer of top coat to keep your manicure looking beautiful for a long time.
