With all the sleep deprivation problems it can cause, people need to make sure they get the sleep they need. Although making bedtime obviously comes first, people can make their bedtime more relaxed and efficient through their lifestyle and sleep pattern.

One way to do this is to maintain a good routine and to sleep at the same time each day. By doing so, it is easier to fall asleep, and sleep is more relaxed.
