Interview Tips and Job Interview Preparation
Have you ever been asked interview questions? My favorite is "What's Your Greatest Weakness?". That offends everyone! Suddenly you squirm and find that deer in the bright light on your face ... you feel even your whole body is cold. From that cold place you face the loss of focus, you go from thought to thought and you start talking without realizing what you are saying.
Remember if you are nervous and anxious because you want the interview to go well this is a normal response. The reason it is important to prepare for the interview is that it will reduce the pressure of the interview because you will know the questions or at least the type of questions asked. The more you practice, the better.
Success depends on the previous preparation, and without such preparation there will inevitably fail.
It's confusing
1. Win the Freezing Answer
The hiring manager recently asked you a question that you are not prepared for now. You can feel your body cold in the area ...
You're starting to lose focus ...
It happens to everyone that you will be OK try these tips to win the suspended answer and re-focus your attention so you can answer the question without pressure.
Focus your eyes on one place ...
This works because you seem to be thinking about your answer before you speak. Try something behind the head of hiring managers or on the side. Avoid looking up if possible. The best way to do this is to quickly go into a room and scan the area and identify something in the room that you can use to think about your answers. That way if the suspension response is possible you will have already trained.
Focus on your breathing
Once you have fixed your eyes you want to breathe a little and let out a deep breath. To the hiring manager it looks like your concentration is going to focus on your mood so you don't look short or nervous. This also works well in the reception area while waiting for a call to the office or conference room as it lowers your heart rate automatically. That’s why Yoga and Pilates and other stretching exercises keep you focused on your breathing. See this article on why breathing is so important in Yoga.
Focus on physical gestures
At this point if breathing and concentration are not working it is helpful to use your touch sensor to find. I know this may sound strange but I always wear button-down jackets on the outside. This way when I feel anxious or depressed I rub the buttons and it seems to restore my sense of well-being.

2. They will not hire you based on your appearance
I'm sorry to say that no one will hire you based on your beauty unless you are a model even more than its iffy. By practicing and entering a prepared job interview you will demonstrate the most important aspects of any interview: Personality, Self-confidence, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills. Hiring managers want to know how you will fit into their culture.
3. You Will Know Good Questions To Ask
Did you forget to ask questions too? Guess what you can do! In fact it is necessary. One of the most important aspects of job interviews is asking questions that both help you to know what they want and help them understand what you can offer. Asking the right questions at the right time will help you to get to that second conversation (hopefully not the third time)!
4. You Will Show Confidence
Most importantly, the more you prepare, the more confident you will be. My suggestion is never to refuse an interview even if you are not looking for a job all the good practice you can use in the future.
